Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Membership ("Membership") provided by The Expert Impact ("us", "we", or "our") to you ("Member" or "you"). By purchasing or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make any material changes, we will notify Members by email or by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Membership

2.1. The Membership provides access to exclusive tutorials, video training materials, resources, and other benefits, as described on our website or in our marketing materials.

2.2. The Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the Member who has purchased it.

2.3. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Membership at any time, including but not limited to pricing, content, and availability.

Payment

3.1. The Membership fee is payable in advance, and must be paid in full for the duration of the Membership period, as specified at the time of purchase.

3.2. The Membership fee is non-refundable, except as required by law or in accordance with these Terms.

3.3. We may offer discounts or promotions from time to time. Any such promotions or discounts will be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Termination

4.1. You may cancel your Membership at any time by providing a written notice to us or canceling from your memberships area. Cancellation requests must be submitted to hello@theexpertimpact.com.

4.2. Upon cancellation, your access to Membership benefits will cease at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the Membership period.

4.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. If we determine that you have violated these Terms, no refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property

5.1. All materials provided as part of the Membership, including but not limited to coaching materials, resources, and content, are the property of The Expert Impact or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any Membership materials in any form, or by any means, without the prior written consent of The Expert Impact.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Membership, the Membership materials, or any services provided by us.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
